Hello. I opened a new account online, and it suggests that the card will arrive in 10-14 business days. However, the initial deposit should be done in 14 days. Does it mean that I need to go to a TD bank counter to put in the deposit before my card arrives?

Great question, Moka.
Please know that it is recommended to make your initial deposit prior to activating/using your debit card. You are able to make a deposit by visiting any TD Store or ATM as well as signing up for Mobile Deposit.
In order to enroll in Mobile Deposit, you must first have an Online Banking profile. You are able to sign up here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY or download the App from your App store to enroll. You will need your account number, ATM/debit card, Social Security Number and email address.
If you're missing any of this information, we recommend contacting us directly for assistance. Feel free to reach out to a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000. They would be glad to help you sign up.
You are also able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours to enroll. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope to hear from you soon, Moka. Have a good day.
