Thank you for writing into TD Helps, Diane! We're happy to hear that you opened a new account with us and we'll be sure to provide the ways that you can check your balance.
One of the easiest ways that you can check your account balance is through online banking. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account and you'll be able to check your balance during your own convenience. We'd also like to mention that you can take advantage of our mobile banking app as well. Click here: http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H to download the link to your smartphone.
Another way you can check your balance is by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You'll have the choice of using our automated system or speaking with a live Banking Specialist.
If you happen to be nearby a TD Bank, feel free to stop by and one of our Banking Specialists can provide your account balance as well. Or if you have your debit/ATM card with you, you can use one of many TD Bank ATMs to check your balance too. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you have any additional questions, please contact us at the telephone number listed above or visit us at any TD Bank location during lobby hours.
We hope this answers your question, Diane and enjoy the rest of your night!
