Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Zach.
Once you activate your new TD Debit card, your old TD Debit card will then be closed. We recommend securely destroying your old debit card to ensure that your account information remains secure. You are more than welcome to visit a TD Store with your old debit card and our Representatives will be happy to assist you. To take a look at our Store locations and hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We'd like to also mention that receiving a new TD Debit card does not affect your TD Bill Pay. We do, however, recommend contacting merchants you have recurring payments with that have your old TD Debit card information on file.
If you have any further questions about your new debit card, feel free to reach us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting any TD Store.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you need anything else. Have a great one!
