I have a savings account to which my child tax benefit is to be deposited to tonight, but when I went to check to see if the money went through only chequing was showing up - I do not have a chequing account. I went in today because my card was not working so the lady gave me a new one and must have linked it to chequing, my concern is that this is going to screw up my deposit which is the only money I have for Christmas presents! Can you confirm this will not have wrecked my existing savings account?
