I've lost my TD card along with many other personal documents, I need a new TD Card as soon as possible

Thanks for making a stop at TD Helps, Omny. We are sorry to hear about your card and would be glad to help.
First of all, if this is in regards to your TD ATM/Debit card and if you have not yet done so, we encourage calling us immediately at 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to close your debit card for you and have a new one mailed to your address on file.
You may also visit us during lobby hours to have your card closed in person and obtain a new card immediately. For a listing of TD Bank Stores please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You will be able to obtain a new card at your local TD Bank store instantly.
During your visit, we do ask that you provide a valid photo ID. Please note that we can accept any of the following as your primary forms of IDs:
-State Driver's License with Photo and Signature
-State Issued ID with Photo and Signature
-Puerto Rico Driver's License with Photo and Signature
-Guam Driver's License with Photo and Signature
-US VI Driver's License with Photo and Signature
-Temporary Driver's License with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
-Learner's Permit with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
-Federal Government Employee ID with Photo
-US Government VISA with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
-US Passport with Signature
-US Armed Forces (Military) ID with Photo
-MA Commission for the Blind ID
If you are unable to provide one of the mentioned IDs above, you may provide 2 of the following as secondary forms of ID:
-Employment ID with Photo and Signature
-US Birth Certificate
-US Passport Card with Photo
-Welfare ID with Photo
-State Issued Driver's License with Signature, no Photo
-Foreign Driver's License with Photo
-US Employment Authorization card with Photo, Signature and Expiration Date
-College ID with Photo
-Firearms Permit with Photo
-Alien Registration Card with Photo
-Permanent Resident Card with Photo
-Enhance Tribal Card or Native American Tribal Photo ID Card
Also, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message.
Please keep in mind, when receiving a new card via mail; please allow 7-10 business days. Your card will arrive in a white envelope.
If this is in regards to your TD Credit Card and if you have not yet done so, please reach out to our Credit Card department as soon as possible to have your lost credit card canceled. They are available 24/7 and can be reached at 888-561-8861. Upon account verification, they should also able to make an arrangement to have a new credit card mailed to you.
Please understand that although we would like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your account information as TD helps is considered an unsecured site.
