Welcome to TD Helps, Cheryl. We'd be glad to help.
If you're referring to opening and account, we recommend taking a look at the accounts we have to offer. You are able to take a look at checking accounts here: https://go.td.com/2eQORxu.
If you're having trouble choosing an account, you are able to use our Checking Selector Tool here: https://go.td.com/KmmHe7.
Once you're ready to open an account, you are able to do so online by selecting "Open Account," by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or by visiting any TD Store. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Please know regardless of the method you choose, you will need a Social Security Number and a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
If you've already opened a new account, typically these accounts are automatically added to your online profile within 2 business days. If it has not, we recommend reaching out to us using the contact methods above so we may add it on your behalf.
We hope this helps and have a good day.
