Thanks for stopping by TD Helps and for considering us for your banking needs, Amy! We'll be glad to answer any questions you may have about our personal checks.
During the account opening process, whether you open it over the telephone, at a Store or online, you have the option to order checks. Please keep in mind that the account should be funded as well. If you're unsure if you ordered checks for your new account, we recommend contacting our 24/7 Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 or visiting us at any TD Bank during lobby hours. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to determine if a check order has been placed. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you already opened an account with us and need to place a check order, you can give us a call at the telephone number listed above, visit any TD Bank during lobby hours or place the order through your personal online banking profile. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above.
If you decide to order your checks through your online banking, please sign into your account, select the Customer Service tab and click on Order Checks. From there, you'll be able to choose the check style and shipping method.
We sure hope this answers your question, Amy and feel free to come back to TD Helps whenever you have a question in the future. Take care and enjoy the rest of your day!
