We're sorry to hear about this, Jeremy. We'd be glad to help.
If you lost your TD debit, we recommend requesting to close the card immediately. You can do so by calling us at 1-888-751-9000. Our Specialists are available to you 24/7 and are happy to help. Once your card has been closed we can order you a new card and mail it to you at the address on file. Please note, it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the post office.
Another option you have to close your debit card is to visit us at your local TD Store. While you're there to close your card, you could also request a new card and you would be able to receive it immediately at the Store. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you have TD Bank Online Banking you can send us a secure message to request a new card. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Please know that our Specialists over the phone and via secure message are unable to provide your debit card number for security reasons.
We hope to hear from you soon, Jeremy. Have a good day.
