I opened checking account online, went to a local TD Bank and thought I would be able to pick up my debit card on the spot. I was told no, I have to wait for it to arrive in the mail. Is this true? I need access to my funds asap.

Welcome to TD Helps, Amber, and thank you for opening a new Checking account with TD Bank!
If you have already requested a new debit card while opening your new TD Bank Checking account online, you should expect to receive your card at the address you provided via mail within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office.
