Thanks for joining us today, Sam! We'd be glad to help determine when you will receive your new Debit Card!
If you requested a new Debit Card during account opening, you should expect to receive your card by mail at the address you provided within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that the arrival time may vary depending on your post office.
If you would prefer to have your new Debit Card immediately, or you didn't request one during account opening, you may obtain one by visiting any TD Bank Store. To find a TD Store location near you, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
All TD Banks have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card and you'll be able to leave with a card in hand. Once at the Store, if you did order a Debit Card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store Representative to close it as it will no longer be useful once you receive a Debit Card at the Store.
We also invite you to get to know your new account here: http://bit.ly/1D7QIEH. At the link, you'll find some useful information to get you started.
We hope this helps, Sam! Enjoy your day!
