Hi Rhonda, thanks for your question on TD Helps today! We appreciate you stopping by.
To set a nickname for your accounts, we'd like to refer you to log in to our full website here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. In order to add or update a nickname, our full Website must be used rather than the TD Bank Mobile app. Once you've logged in, please find the Manage Nicknames link on the left side, which is located under the Accounts tab and also under Help & Related Tasks. Here, you're welcome to change or add the nickname associated with your account and if you add your debit card number, the nickname you select will also be viewable when you're using one of our ATMs. Please be sure to click on Update Nicknames button after you make the change.
If you've recently opened new deposit accounts with us, generally these are available to view on the business day after opening. Please note that for loans or lines of credit, these can be viewed online about 14 business days after the loan closing.
If you're not yet able to view your new accounts and these time frames have passed, we can usually fix this issue quickly and easily for you. We recommend contacting our Digital Banking Team 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for further assistance. Another option would be sending us a secured message via Online Banking. Please sign into your account by using the same link provided above and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send a Message. If you choose this option, please include the account number in your message. If you are unable to call us or send a secure message online, you can always visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours and we'll be happy to assist you. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find TD Bank near you.
We hope this information is useful, Rhonda and thanks again for your inquiry. Have a great day!
