My ex boyfriend and I shared this account, we are now separated and I have kept this account and am the only one with access, It is now in my name only. He no longer contributes to the account nor does he use this account. I called Disney to explain that my ex boyfriends pass is being charged to my account, that it is no longer in his name and the charge needs to be sent to him and his new address. They said they didn't care, will not remove my account number and would not refund the monthly payments nor stop withdrawing them in the future. What can I do at this point to stop the funds from coming out of my account each month?

We appreciate the visit, Tabitha.
If the Disney automatic payments are being debited from your account via your account number and routing number, you may wish to place a stop payment. When making the request, please be sure to provide the payment information which includes the payee and amount. Also, prior to placing a stop payment, we encourage you to review our fee schedule at: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt as fees do apply.
Keep in mind that a stop payment request does not apply to debit card payments, only to automated payments or checks. A stop payment request is only valid for one year, if you would like it for longer, a new stop payment must be placed at the expiration of the first. If at some point you would like to remove it, you must contact us directly and notify us.
To place a stop payment, you’re welcome to log in to Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/SMUhhl and choose "Service" and then "Stop Payment". If you are not currently signed up for Online Banking you may visit http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r to enroll. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to complete the set up.
You may also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop by any TD Bank during lobby hours for further assistance. For locations and hours please check out http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If your payment was set up with your debit card number, a stop payment wouldn't apply. You may close the card the debit is coming out of to ensure the Disney payment can no longer withdraw money from your account. Please keep in mind, if you have any other automatic debits that use your debit card number, you would need to change those over to your new card number, if you do close your current card. If you need to dispute any of the debit card transactions that have been taken out of your account, please give us a call at the number listed above, stop by a nearby TD Bank location or send us a secure message.
Also, we'd like to mention that although the other signer may no longer wish to use the joint signer, he may still be listed as an authorized signer. To remove a signer from a joint account, the joint account must be closed and a new account can be opened upon your request.
When closing a joint account, only one party, you or the other signer, would be needed to close the joint account at any time. You may open your individual account then transfer the funds in the current joint account, and you can do so by visiting us or calling us at the number provided above.
We hope this helps and hope you have a great day!
