Hi, I made a cash deposit of $800 and initially chose to deposit into my chequing account but cancelled to deposit it into my credit card instead. However, I changed my mind again to deposit it into my chequing account. But when the machine was counting the money, accordingly it could not detect any cash , but did not return my $800. I did not receive any transaction report so there was no indication that I deposited the $800 but for sure the bank's video camera will show that I deposited money into the ATM machine. Anyway, the reported the incident to the bank branch at Sheppard and Yonge and hope that the ATM collectors will be able to reconcile the funds and refund me of my $800 cash deposit. How long will it take to reconcile/resolve this issue?
