I am confused as your guidelines say that the $3 non-TD ATM is waived for premier checking account when the daily balance is 2,500. Please explain to me why the asteric states that there will still be a disbursement fee?

Good afternoon, Sol thanks for sending your question this way.
We do have some deposit account products which will either waive the $3.00 non-TD ATM fees, or may also receive unlimited ATM surcharge refunds (fees charged by the ATM owners).
As you are inquiring about our Premier Checking account specifically, we'd first invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1m9qQOk for a detailed TD Premier Checking Account Guide.
As you can see in the account guide, if you have a TD Premier Checking account:
- When you withdraw funds at a non-TD ATM, the $3.00 non-TD ATM fee will not assess to your account, regardless the balance on your account.
- The institution that owns the terminal (or network) may assess a fee (surcharge) at the time of your transaction, including balance inquiries. This surcharge will be assessed to your account; however, you will be reimbursed for this surcharge if you maintain your $2,500.00 minimum daily balance. The surcharge refund will be processed on the last day of the statement cycle.
In another word, all of the surcharges (fees charged by the ATM owners) accrue during the month and when you receive your Premier Checking account statement, it will show a credit for the rebated surcharges reading “Free ATM Rebate” if you maintain your $2,500.00 minimum daily balance. And, it is important to note that if you go online during the current statement cycle, you will see the surcharges as they are accrued.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location. To find out the nearest TD Store near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope you find our answer helpful and have a great weekend, Sol!
