I am the Secretary/Treasurer for a local non-profit. We have all our accounts at TD Bank. I already use your mobile app for my personal banking but was wondering I can use the app (or another type of app) for the non-profit. Specifically when members pay their dues I was looking to deposit them through the mobile app as apposed to going to a branch to deposit them

As you mentioned that you are looking to mobile deposit funds directly into your non-profit business account with TD Bank, we're happy to announce that we do offer a mobile deposit feature through our BusinessDirect Mobile App!
If you'd like to learn more about this app, and the great features that come with it, you're welcome to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/YVa4y6. You can even send a link to download this app directly to your phone by entering in your phone number, and then clicking on the orange 'Send Download Link' button.
Once you have downloaded the BusinessDirect app, you may simply log in using your BusinessDirect online banking credentials, and you can then locate the mobile deposit feature towards the center of your screen! It's important to note some limits may apply when using the mobile deposit feature, and as these limits may vary, we'd like to recommend that you connect with one of our Small Business Banking Specialists, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-493-7562, option 2, to review them in further detail.
If you haven't yet enrolled your business account in BusinessDirect yet, you can start the enrollment process here: https://go.td.com/1yFjcDN. To fully enroll, you will need your Tax ID Number, the debit card for your business account, your account number, your account type, and then some additional personal information in regard to your business.

Thank you Brittany for getting back to me.
I went to the page to start the BusinessDirect process but it asks for a debit card. We do not have one for this account.
So 2 questions
Can we still do this without the debit card?
Or if not;
Can we get one for our account? Would it have our non-profit name on it? (ok 3 questions)
Please let me know

If you haven't yet received your card, we invite you to connect with one of our Small Business Banking Specialists for further assistance. Small Business Banking Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-800-493-7562, option 2.
If you would prefer to not wait for your debit card to arrive in the mail, you may also visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to request a card from a Customer Service Representative. Our Store locations offer instant issue debit cards, so you'll be able to leave your Store location with a card in your hand that same day!
