Dear TD Bank; I have filed a profit US (FL) C Corp, i am a non-resident from Italy -sole proprietorship- (acting as President, Director & Treasurer). I am interested in your Merchant solutions and online banking to the Fl Corp.
Can i open a TD Bank account in NY or it has to be in Fl (where the Corp is filed)?
What documents should i take to the bank in order to have your merchant solutions and online banking?
Since i will be in NY for few days, should i have to schedule an appointment to open the account?
Thanks in advance for your assistance, send my best regards;

Thank you for considering TD Bank for your business, Marcela. We'd be glad to discuss what it takes to open an account.
Please know that in order to open a business account, you and any authorized signers would need to visit a TD Store during lobby hours. You're able to take a look at TD Stores you'd like to visit here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. Though an appointment isn't necessary, you're more than welcome to contact a TD Store to schedule one!
Though it is recommended to open your business account in the state in which it's registered, you may be able to open your account in a different state. To confirm this, please reach out to the TD Store you intend to visit prior to your trip for clarification.
We recommend reviewing our business accounts https://go.td.com/1lWgAhe and here: https://go.td.com/1qKznyE.
We also recommend taking a look at our Merchant Solutions page found here: https://go.td.com/2txXc0Z.
When visiting a TD Store, you will need a valid photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID etc.) and Social Security Number. For a non-residents opening a business account, you will need two valid forms of ID and a W-8Ben must be completed during the account opening process. Be sure to also bring your Tax Identification Number.
In addition to the documentation mentioned above, we ask that you contact the TD Store you plan on visiting to determine if any additional information will be necessary.
Once opened, you're able to use either Online Banking or TD BusinessDirect to access your account online.
We hope this information helps, Marcela, and we'll see you soon!
