Dear TD Bank team,
I am a non us resident (Indian),
I plan to register LLC in Wyoming for drop shipping business with Virtual address. And I prefer to open an account in Florida (near airport), 2nd option is new york
After open an account my requirement is
1) I need to pay to supplier / vendor / amazon / eBay and more…. through online banking or by debit / credit card.
2) I need to access my card in other country, how much will be charged?
3) Is it possible to open an merchant account in future?
4) What are the documents are required to open a business bank account?

We'd first like to inform you that business accounts must be opened in the state in which your business is registered. Please note that we're located on the Eastern Coast from Maine to Florida.
You'll be happy to know that if you're able to open an account with us, you can pay your suppliers and vendors using your debit or credit card! There are no fees while using your debit card outside of the United States; however, a currency conversion rate is calculated for each transaction. If you access a Non-TD ATM, there may be a fee up to $3.00 per transaction, as well as a fee assessed by the other financial institution.
In order to open a business account, the account signer(s) must visit a TD Bank Store and be present for the account opening process along with the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number. For a non-resident aliens opening a business account, you will need two valid forms of ID and a W8-BEN must be completed during the account opening process.
You mentioned you were looking to open an LLC. Please note that we may require additional specific documents for a business account opening, depending on the type of business you may have. Some or all of the following documents may be required to open an account: the documents used to form and register your business, the fictitious name registration, and/or the Operating Agreement. Additionally, you will also need to bring documentation of your LLC resolution. Please know that this list may not be exhaustive depending on your actual business account and for this reason, we recommend contacting the TD Store you intend to open your account at before you arrive to make sure you have everything that will be needed.
