Hey Sumit, thank you for stopping by TD Helps and we appreciate you considering us for your banking needs! We'll be more than happy to provide you answers to your Small Business questions.
We invite you to check out http://bit.ly/UZ0szM under "Compare Accounts" for information on the different types of Small Business Checking Accounts TD Bank offers. For any fees associated, please see the "Service Fees" tab. If you need help, we can also provide a customized recommendation with our Checking Account Selector, please check out: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw.
Once you have decided on an account type and would like to open the account, you may do so by visiting your local TD Bank for assistance. To help find a TD Store near you, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores. All signers would have to be present during the account opening process. All signers of the account will need the following documents: a valid photo I. D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc) and their Social Security number. Since you mentioned you're a Non-US Resident, you would need two valid forms of I.D. and a W-8Ben form. We also ask that you please bring the Tax Identification Number for the business to the Store.
Additional documents are needed to open the LLC, such as the documents used to form and register your business, the fictitious name registration or the Operating Agreement. You will also need to bring documentation of your LLC Resolution.
Sumit, we hope all of this information helps and feel free to contact us again with any other questions!

As Brian mentioned above, you are able to open a business account by visiting any TD Store. Feel free to use the links mentioned above to review our business accounts to review which type will best suit your needs.
We do strongly recommend reaching out to the TD Store you plan on visiting prior to your trip to determine if any additional documents are needed for the account opening process. You are able to take a look at TD Stores you'd like to visit and their contact information here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope to see you at a TD Store soon, David and have a good day.

Hi - I have a similar enquiry about accounts for an LLC.
I am a US citizen but my LLC is registered outside the USA in Nevis.
Can I still open an account? If so, please confirm the documents required.

Thanks for joining in, Emily. We'd be glad to clarify.
You will have to set up the business with the State it will be originating from first. You will then acquire a U.S. Tax Identification Number, or Employee Identification Number, when you register your business with the State. The Tax Identification Number is an item that we will need, along with proper photo identification, in opening your business checking or savings account.
For any further questions, we recommend reaching out to a TD Store prior to your trip.
Thanks again for joining in, Emily and have a good day.
