Hi, I am not TD client. I have my paycheck and want to direct withdraw from TD. Check was issued from TD client. What is your policy, please? what is the fee and any minimum or maximum? Thanks.

Good morning, Riri. Thanks for coming to TD Helps for your answers today! We'll be happy to answer all your questions.
We're happy to announce that if you are not currently a TD Bank Customer, but would like to cash a check drawn off a TD Bank account, you are welcome to do so!
In order to do so, we will ask you to provide valid photo identification (Driver's License, passport, State issued photo I.D. etc.) at the time of the check cashing. Please note that there is a fee of $7.00 per check for this Check Cashing Service. Keep in mind that fees are subject to change, and we invite you to check out our fee schedule here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg.
To locate the Store nearest you, please check out the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Just in case the check you wish to cash is not drawn on TD Bank, and you are not an existing TD Customer, we apologize as we will not be able to cash non-TD Bank checks for non-Customers at this time. However, you are more than welcome to open an account with TD Bank, and we'll be happy to accept your check for deposit! After the funds have cleared your account, typically one business day, you'll then have access to perform a withdrawal, or you may even receive a Debit Card for your new account during the account opening process to use your funds without having to visit a TD Store location.
If you'd like, you may take a look at the accounts currently offered by TD Bank before your visit. We currently offer Checking accounts, which can be found here: https://go.td.com/2qoQY2e, as well as Savings accounts, which you can also view by clicking here https://go.td.com/2otw3xj. If you're having trouble deciding on which account will best fit your needs, feel free to check out our Selector Tool here: https://go.td.com/2sx4N2E for a recommendation.
If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us directly! Our Banking Specialists can be reached at 1-888-751-9000, and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.
We hope this helps clear up any confusion, Riri. Enjoy your weekend!

Yes, I understand the service fee. I have CAD 2000.00 TD check issued by my boss. Can I cash it any TD branch? I am not interested in opening new account with TD. I want to withdraw CASH only. Is that do-able?

Welcome back, Riri.
Please know that at TD Bank, N.A. we are only able to cash checks written off accounts held by us for non-account holders.
If the check was drawn off of TD Canada Trust, we apologize as we would be unable to negotiate this item at a US TD Store.
In addition to this, any check that is written in foreign currency would need to be deposited for verification rather than cashed directly.
If you have any questions, please reach out to us using the contact methods we mention above.
We hope this clears up any confusion, Riri. Have a good day.
