this pops up when I try to see my pending transations

Hi Jamie, welcome to TD Helps.
We would like to be able to assist you with this directly however as TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we are unable to obtain your personal information. To best assist, we ask that you contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification we'll be able to review your pending transactions and well as the messaging that you are receiving.
You may also send us a secure message via your Online Banking. To do so, once you're logged in, on the left hand side of the page please select Send a Secure Message under the Message Center. You'll receive a reply back from a TD Specialist as soon as possible.
