Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Susan.
If you're trying to access your account for your personal TD Bank Online Banking profile, and you remember your User Name and have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset your password. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Trouble Logging In link located below the password field. After entering your User Name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your Password.
If you are continuing to experience the same issue, we ask that you please contact us at (856)-751-9000 when outside the US. Additionally, you can call collect from a landline at (215)-569-0518 to also speak with a Banking Specialist. We're available 24/7!
Noticing that you may be intending to log into our TD Canada Trust EasyWeb, we can connect you with our friends up north. Take a look and follow this link to recover your log in credientials: http://bit.ly/1kTKzBE. If you then click on the option "Forgot your Username or Password?" you can choose to either log in with your Access Card Number, or have your Username emailed to you (as long as you know your current Password). Please note, a Social Insurance Number is what you would typically enter on the EasyWeb site.
Also, our friends in Canada can assist you further if you have any other questions. Check out their page here: http://bit.ly/1kD3iFr. When reaching them outside of Canada, feel free to call their collect number at 416-983-5393 and have the operator select option #2, then #0 to speak to a representative who will be happy to accept the charges.
We hope this information answers all your questions. Please let us know should you have any further questions. Have a great rest of your night!
