will not except new password because it will not allow me to get to the area where I set up a new security question

If you have recently removed a security question with one of our Representatives or you haven't created your security questions yet, you will need to log in to the full web page in order to create a new question.
You are able to access the full web page from your PC or laptop by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you enter your username and password, you will be prompted after selecting "Log In" to create a new question or finalize your enrollment. If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please visit http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and follow the same steps to add your security questions and answers.
If you do not have access to a computer at this time, you are able to view the full web page by typing www.tdbank.com in the address bar of your phone's web browser. By doing so, you will be taken to the smart-phone compatible version of our web page and you will need to click on "View full website" towards the bottom of the page.
