I am not getting an email alert when my statement is generated. My DDA account I'm referencing is xxxxx980402. Can you figure out why I'm not getting the email alert to my email address: email@example.com?

We appreciate you writing to us with your concerns, Marc. We understand how important it is to know when your statements are ready for review and we'd be happy to guide you in the right direction.
It is possible that the e-mail provided has changed, or it was typed incorrectly. If you are able to login to your account, we recommend verifying that the e-mail on file is correct by selecting the "Customer Service" tab located at the top of your screen. Select the link that states, "Change E-mail" at the top of the first column. If it is incorrect, please update it and click "Submit," the change will be immediate. If it is correct, please check your E-mail's spam or junk folder to ensure the alerts are not going to the wrong folder.
It is also possible that the alert may have been set up incorrectly or that if you have multiple accounts for which you requested combined statements; you would only receive one statement for both accounts rather than separate statements on different dates.
