Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, John. We'd be happy to help you update your address.
Updating your address is easy! As long as your account has been open for more than 30 days, you can change what we have on file a few ways:
· Stop into any TD Bank Store during lobby hours and speak with a Customer Service Representative. You can find the nearest Store to you here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
· Call a TD Banking Specialist anytime, 24/7, at 1-888-751-9000. After authenticating your account with us, we can update any or all of the contact information we have on file.
· Update the address on your own by logging into your Online Banking profile here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq.
If you're not already registered for Online Banking, you can enroll your account here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Just have your Account Number, VISA Debit Card Number, Social Security Number and email address available when you do.
Once you're enrolled and signed into your Online Banking profile, updating your contact information through the website just takes a few simple steps. Open the "Customer Service" tab on the top right of the page and click on the option to "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address". Once there, you have the option to update your contact information for one or all of your accounts. The update will take effect within 24-48 hours.
If you have a Business account with us, the process can be a little different. If you're already enrolled in Online Banking, you can log into your online profile here http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and then follow the same instructions above to update the contact information on file. If you're not yet registered for Online Banking, you can enroll here http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. And of course you could also step into any TD Bank Store to update your address as well. If your business account has multiple signers, then we do suggest coming into a TD Bank Store to update the address on your account.
If none of these options are available to you right now, you can even update your address with us through the mail by sending a letter to:

Just include a note requesting that we update your address including your name, account number, and signature.
