For one of my bill payments I have an automatic withdrawal system set up (ie the company takes the money directly from my account on a biweekly basis). Last week, I had insufficient funds when they did this and was charged an NSF fee. On my statement, it shows the company withdrawing the amount and then a RTN NSF for the same amount. Is this this the payment bouncing? Or did they receive the money? I doubt they did, but I'd just like to confirm.
