I see in my account that I have a NSF fee. I made a deposit before the withdrawal but I was still charged a NSF fee. Why is that?

Thanks for reaching out to us about your account, Lauren.
Please keep in mind that when you make a deposit, if it wasn't cash, the first $100 should be made available to your account immediately (except for a Mobile deposit, or ATM deposit into an account which is less than 90 days old). The rest of the funds are usually credited to your account on the following business day.
If the withdrawal occurred on the same date as the deposit, the full amount of the deposit may not have been available to use, which can cause a fee.
Please note that there are exceptions that may cause delays in funds availability, we invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ . On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
To better assist you, feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your account with you. If you prefer and you are enrolled for online banking, you may send us a Secure Message so that we can review your account further.
