Hi, I need to obtain old bank statements from around 2014. I am no longer a customer with TD Bank and I live in Utah, where there are no bank branches that I can go to. How can I obtain these old statements? I would be willing to pay to receive them, but I'm hoping I can deal with someone over the phone to sort this out. Thanks.

Happy Thursday, Avalon, and welcome to TD Helps!
We know how important it can be to have access to your statements, even for a closed account, and in the event that you need statement copies, we're here to help! You have a couple different ways in which you may make your request, and you're welcome to connect with us in whichever way is the most convenient for you.
As you're currently in Utah, we understand that you may not be able to visit a TD Store location, and that's okay, as you're more than welcome to connect with us over the phone for assistance!
Banking Specialists can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. By speaking with a Banking Specialist, they'll be more than happy to have your statement copies mailed directly to you, and generally speaking, you should receive them within 7-10 business days, depending on your postal service.
Before your call, we'd like to mention that while statement copies do not have a fee, should you request to receive additional information with your statements, such as check images, a fee may be assessed. To learn more, we invite you to check out our Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg. Additionally, we'd also like to recommend having the full account number you would like to request statements for handy, as this information may be needed to process your request.
We look forward to hearing from you soon, Avalon, and assisting you with your concerns!
We hope you have a great rest of your day!
