I can retrieve the other two accounts just fine, but can seem to do so for my Standard Savings account - could this be something done relatively quickly?

Savings account statements are generated based on the activity of your account. This being mentioned, your statement could be generated monthly, quarterly or annually.
To best assist you, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification our Representatives will be happy to assist you with your Savings account.
