I was a customer of "Carolina First Bank" before TD Bank took over the accounts. I am in need of bank statement from 2004 until 2007 on this account. Who do I contact to get this information?

Please know that in regards to past statements that banks are required to retain account records for up to seven years, and we'd be happy to provide you with any statements or check copies during this time period.
If your account is still open or you have an active account, you are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Banking Specialists will be glad to have statement copies mailed to you. Please note, you will receive the statement within 7-10 business days.
If your account is now closed or you prefer to speak with a Representative in person, feel free to visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.

I need records that are more than 7 years old and there is not a TD location near me.
