I used to have a TD Bank Checking and I do have a TD bank credit card. However, I need the old statements from January 2014 - December 2014. How can I get those statements?

Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Mariela. We would be happy to help point you in the right direction.
We are happy to inform you that TD Bank retains seven years of banking history. Depending on when the account was closed, you may be able to obtain your statement copies at any TD Bank location during lobby hours or, if you have an active account with us, by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
If you choose to visit a Store, please bring a valid photo ID and a Banking Specialist can obtain those statements for you. Please note that a research request may be needed to complete your inquiry. If so, please allow 7-10 business days for your statements to be mailed to your home address. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Also, depending on the type of copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to our current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (please see "copies" for more details).
We hope this was helpful information, Mariela. Let us know if you need anything else. Have a great day.
