I just came across three old checks from this winter. I started using the mobile deposit this past fall. Usually, once I have deposited a check, I mark it. These three don't have marks and I'm not sure if I was in a hurry and forgot to mark them, or if I never deposited them. Is there a way to find out if they've been deposited? I just want to be sure!

Hello today, Gina, and thank you for your message!
We appreciate your diligence with these checks. To be certain that these were not deposited yet, we ask that you get in touch with us directly. When you do, we'll be able to look up your previously deposited items for you so that we can be certain these were not included in a prior deposit. We apologize that information regarding the content of deposits is not available online. You're welcome to reach us either by phone or in person so we can assist with this. By phone, we're available 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or you can stop in to any of our Stores during lobby hours and they're listed here for you: http://bit.ly/TDStores. We recommend having the checks handy in either case so we can best help.
Please also keep in mind that checks can become stale-dated. If it turns out that you haven't deposited these yet, you might like to review the check for any possible expiration date. When you reach us, your Specialist may also be able to better advise you about the checks you have and their time frames for negotiation. You can also get in touch with the maker of each check regarding a time frame or a replacement check.
We hope this will help, Gina!
Feel free to click 'Reply' with any other questions at all and we hope you enjoy your afternoon!
