I closed my checking account more than a year ago. I need to get 3 years of statements for a divorce case. How can I get old statements?

Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Tom. We'll be sure to provide some information for you regarding your old account statements.
If you do not have another account with us, you would need to visit your local TD Bank during lobby hours with a valid photo ID. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. Once our Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to mail these copies to your home address. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping; depending on your postal service.
Please note that fees may apply for this type of request. Click here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our current Personal Fee schedule.
We sure hope this helps and have a good night, Tom. Take care.
