We're sorry to hear that you are having trouble viewing previous statements, Gisele. We'd be happy to help.
If you have an ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. Please call us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, if you experience any difficulties enrolling for Online Banking. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
Once you've enrolled in Online Banking and you've logged in to your account, please follow the steps below to view the statement of your choosing:
- Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
- Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
- Click on the “Statements” tab.
- Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
- You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
You may also view your statements if you have a TD BusinessDirect account. If you are not currently enrolled, don't worry! To begin the enrollment process, please visit http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6 or if you have already created an online account you may log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8.
