I am attempting to set up an account for on line payments of the above loan. Have not received a bill yet, but do have TD Acct. summary table and cardholder agreement. No acct. number or bill has been received as yet. How do we procede

Based on your question, it sounds as though you're recently used one of the many TD Retail Services Credit Cards. You are welcome to sign up for online access by visiting here: www.myonlineaccount.net.
Keep in mind that you will need your account information to sign up online. If you still have not received your account information, feel free to call our TD Retail Card Services Specialists directly at 800-252-2551. They will be more than happy to assist you with your account and help you schedule payments.
Our Specialists are available from 9:00 am through 9:00 pm EST Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
