I go to the website to check on the status using my load ID # #### however since 7/11 the status is still the same

If you are checking the status for a Mortgage Loan Application, you also have the option of checking online by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1ni9Gzu. Simply input the User ID and Password you created at the time of your application.
Additionally, within the first 10 business days after you have applied, TD Bank will send you a letter by mail with the Loan Application decision.
