received my account balance which is negative. I'm worried about it because I don't know how much I own and I can't check it out by the online banking because i forgot my username and password. really need your help!

Since you mentioned that you received a notification of a negative balance some time ago, it sounds as though your account may have been sent to our Recovery Department. We encourage you to reach out to them directly at 800-354-9769 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday for further details on the status of the account.
