I`ve trying to get enrolled for online account access without success. First I tried online and since I don`t have an SSN the app said I would have to wait 2 days. I waited and got an email saying it was not possible to process my application. So I decided to call 800.493.7562

As you mentioned that you do not have a Social Security Number, you are required to speak with a Representative to be enrolled in online banking. We understand waiting on hold may be frustrating. You may also visit your local TD Bank Store to be assisted with setting up online banking. To view our Store locations and hours, please click this link: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. You may also call our Customer Service number at 888-751-9000, and we'll be happy to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
