Welcome to TD Helps, Naeem. We are sorry to hear about your difficulties and would be glad to help!
Typically, the abbreviation SSN stands for Social Security number. We see you're writing in from Canada, in this case, if you do not have a Social Security number (SSN), you're welcome to use your Social Insurance number.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with our Banking Specialists.
If you are inquiring about your EasyWeb online banking, we'd like to add that you’ve connected with TD Bank here in the States. Please check out: http://bit.ly/1JSSYRX for assistance regarding your difficulties provided by our friends from op north.
We hope this helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need anything else.
