I am overseas on and island and do not have a phone. My CC account information is making me suspicious and I do not have access to a phone. Does anyone know of an on-line address for a customer service agent? All my other cc have one, but I cannot find one for TD. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Susan.
If you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”.
If you are not enrolled and have a TD Checking or Savings account with us, you may enroll for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you need assistance or only have a TD Credit Card, we apologize for the inconvenience, however we do ask that you connect with us directly, 24/7. When you are able to connect with us via telephone, to call us from overseas, please dial 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 via landline with an Operator's assistance.
We hope this helps, Susan. Please let us know if you need anything else.

Unfortunately, I do only have a CC and no access to a phone. To get to a phone it is a 6 hour ferry ride and only on Friday's. Here is the issue, my account is locked online. All I need is for it to be unlocked, so I can reset my security on the account and view the current transactions. Is there anyone I can contact via email to help me with this? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks!! ~ Susan

Welcome back Susan,
Thanks for explaining a bit and we do apologize for any dilemma here, as we understand you'd like to reach us with your concerns.
In case the issue may just be your password, there is a recovery option available at www.tdcardservices.com. If your account there is locked right now, the only option we have at this time for you to unlock this would be to reach us directly by phone. We understand that this is not your preferred option due to your location and apologize for the inconvenience this might cause for you.
We can offer you a toll-free collect number that you can use to reach TD Bank Services from outside the United States - when you're able to access a phone, feel free to reach us at 706-644-3266, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We hope this clarifies your question a bit for you, Susan and apologize again for any trouble.
When you can do so, we look forward to hearing from you and we wish you the best.
