Thank you for coming to TD Helps with your question, Elaine.
According to your concerns, you may be enrolled in our TD Debit Card Advance feature via your TD Debit card. If so, you may overdraw your account by up to $5 per day without being charged an overdraft fee. If your negative balance exceeds $5 at the end of the day, we will charge you an overdraft fee for each transaction that overdraws your account. Please note, we will not charge more than 5 overdraft fees per day. For more information on this feature, please check out: http://bit.ly/1AlCYEyand also here: http://bit.ly/1GjEVIv for our FAQs.
If you have any further questions or would like to connect with a Specialists, feel free to call us at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Specialists would be more than happy to help review your account, explain the cause of the fees and also provide options on how to avoid these fees in the future. If you prefer, you could also visit us during lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please understand that although we would like to assist you directly, as TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum, we would not have access to your account information.
Additionally, we'd like to invite you to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1AlDFOr for more information regarding the overdraft options available through TD Bank.
Hope this helps and enjoy your day.
