In response to your answer, this flashing of the sign in page is happening across all of my different computers, Sony, Apple, and Mircrosoft. All are accepting cookies and this is the only sign in page that is causing this issue. I have to time the blinking and stop the page from trying repeatedly to refresh.

Thanks for coming back to us here on TD Helps, Gerald.
If you had tried the previous remedies mentioned in the last response, including trying a different browser, and are still experiencing the same issue, we ask that you contact our Digital Banking Specialists at 800-493-7562, available 24/7. Our Banking Specialists would be more than happy to assist and troubleshoot this issue for you.
If you are using Google Chrome, to eliminate any "flashing" issue, please find an option on your browser to Reset Browser Settings and follow any prompts to complete this process. Please note, this may erase any bookmarks or saved data. If for any reason this doesn't correct the issue, you may also try to remove and reinstall the Chrome browser. Again, if you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact us directly.
Let us know if you have any questions and have a great day!
