The first time I logged in, even after entering the correct password, it says it has locked my account because I entered the wrong password three times.

If you've forgotten your password but remember your Online Banking user name and have U.S. Social Security number, you may reset your password via online by visiting http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are on the log in page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password field via your Online Banking. Select the account type, input your user name and enter the last 4 digits of your SSN or TIN. You will then be asked to answer 2 security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
If you do not remember your user name, don't have Social Security number please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and upon proper account verification, we'll be able to help you resetting your Online Banking password in no time. If you need to reset the Password for your BusinessDirect account, please contact us at 800-493-7562, option 2, to speak with our Small Business Team, also available 24/7.You may also visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for further assistance.
