I opened a TD bank account online and for some reason your website was not pushing the account through. I tried a second time and got the same result. I went into the branch and decided that I was going to stick to my old bank. However, I keep getting mail for accounts that I thought didn't go through. I didn't even make a deposit. Now I am told my account is in overdraft. I am wondering which account.

Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear you've encountered some difficulties, Wendy. We'll certainly be able to guide you in the right direction.
First, we'd like to let you know that an account may not be automatically closed even if you hadn't made a deposit to it, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused for you.
To resolve this issue, we'd recommend that you stop in to any TD Bank Store for assistance. They'll be able to take a look at your account and let you know what we can do. Feel free to locate a Store nearby you here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. As TD Helps is a public forum, unfortunately we can't access your banking info from here to see what's happened or to determine which account was affected.
If by any chance you have another active account with us that you're currently using, you can also give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, so we can better assist you. Or, in that instance also feel free to message us from your Online Banking account by logging in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message for help with your concern.
Hope this will help resolve this for you, Wendy! Thanks again for bringing this to our attention and best of luck to you. Have a great weekend.
