I cannot sign up for online banking and the phone automated system is not recognizing my information. I opened the account this afternoon and I have used the debit card without an issue. What is going on?

We apologize for any confusion. Your new account will be able to view online and via the automated system after 24 business hours from the opening date. If you would like to enroll your account in Online Banking before this 24-hour period has passed, you may do so by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store in your area during lobby hours.
