Thanks for your question, Philip. We'd be glad to clarify.
Please know that in order to make transactions online and have them processed by TD, you would need to have an account to do so.
We recommend taking a look at the accounts we have available! You are able to take a look at our checking accounts here: https://go.td.com/2duPMma and our savings accounts here: https://go.td.com/1pJT9I9.
If you're having trouble finding an account to suit your needs, take a look at our Checking Selector Tool here: https://go.td.com/KmmHe7 and our Savings Selector Tool here: https://go.td.com/1hXi2wF for a custom recommendation.
Once you've decided to on the account you'd like to open, you are able to do so by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, by visiting a TD Store or by opening your account online. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Please know regardless of the method you choose, you will need a Social Security Number and a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
We hope this helps, Philip, and have a good day.
