Hi. I am having a bit of trouble today. I went through a temporary staffing company and signed up for a TD Bank Simple Checking Account. I recieved a bank statement today showing I have a deposit in my account. The only problem is I do not have a debit card to access any of my funds. And I can not log into the system becuase of some unknown reason. What can I do so that I am able to create an online bank account and get a debit card?

Thanks for reaching out to us here at TD Helps, Shaneal. We'd be glad to help.
Typically, during the account opening process, if you requested to receive a TD Debit card, you should expect to receive the card via mail within 7 to 10 business days in a plain white envelope. If you did not request a TD Debit card, or if the timeframe have past, please feel free to visit us during lobby hours to obtain a new card immediately. Please be sure to have a photo ID handy. Please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
As you mentioned you've made a deposit on your new account, you also have the option of connecting with us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we'd be glad to request a TD Debit card be mailed to you. Additionally, they can also help with signing you up for TD Online Banking.
We hope this helps. Have a great day, Shaneal.
