This problem is usually an easy fix, since it sounds like you have a joint account with your mom. To add this to your current online banking view, please reach us 24/7 at 800-493-7562, and a Tech Support Specialist can get this set up for you.
Since you're already using online banking, you can also send us a Secure Message to get your account added. To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank online profile right here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Please include the account number you would like to add within your message so we can help you as soon as possible.
