Is there a problem with Online Banking password as I correctly entered the password but was given error that my password is incorrect after clicking the forgot password link I changed password and after 2 days tried logging with new password I get the same error. This is frustrating every time I try to log in online. Is there a system wide issue with Password?

Thank you for reaching out to us, Victor. We know how frustrating it can be when you are experiencing technical difficulties, and we're happy to help.
When logging in to Online Banking, it is first a good idea to make sure that your Caps Lock is off and your Num Lock is on. This could be causing Online Banking to not recognize the information you are submitting.
If you know your user name, you may follow this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. This will direct you to reset your password by clicking on the link "Trouble Logging In." From the drop down box select Personal then type in your Username. You will also be asked to type the last four numbers of your Social Security number. After this, please select continue. Online Banking will then ask you to answer two of the security questions you set up when you first enrolled in Online Banking. When you answer them correctly, you will then be asked to change your password. When creating your new password, here a few tips we can share with you:
Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
