Happy Wednesday, Steven.
We appreciate you bringing your concerns to TD Helps today, and we apologize that you're having trouble accessing your Online Banking. Our website, www.tdbank.com, is currently compatible with the most popular internet browsers, such as Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. If you are using one of these browsers, and are having trouble, we recommend that you perform any needed updates, and if you continue to experience trouble, you may also wish try a different browser or disable any plug-ins, and restore your browsers defaults.
If you have attempted our recommendations above, and are still unable to access your Online Banking, you're welcome to connect with a Tech Support Specialist at 800-493-7562. For your convenience, they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and after verification, they'll be happy to help!
