i cant log in i forgot what email address i used. my account has someone else on it as well as my name the card has his name on it

Since you mentioned that you have a joint account, kindly note that if your Online Banking account is set up under the joint owner's Social Security number, we'll need to speak with them directly to get the account back up and running.
